I moved into a house more than 10 years ago with a 20,000 gallon in-ground pool. Not knowing any better, I kept wasting money at 2 of the national pool supply chains and never could seem to get a handle on maintaining my pool. He did not pressure me to buy the most expensive items, and even recommended for one item that I purchase the base model at a lower price in order to avoid higher maintenance costs in the future. It was a significant investment, but one that has paid off. Our pool has been revitalized, in a sense, and has required a lot less "hands on" maintenance than it ever did.
