I kept wasting money at 2 of the national pool supply chains.

I moved into a house more than 10 years ago with a 20,000 gallon in-ground pool. Not knowing any better, I kept wasting money at 2 of the national pool supply chains and never could seem to get a handle on maintaining my pool. I was losing my cool trying to keep my pool clear and clean. I was referred to John of 365 Pool & Spa by a friend who is an engineer and swore by his expertise. I wish my friend had told me sooner. John educated me on the difference between superior and inferior pool products. Thanks to John (with some effort to fix the chemistry) my pool went from cloudy and sometimes green to crystal clear. This year I decided to upgrade my very worn and out-dated equipment. John explained to me the various options regarding filtration (D.E., sand or cartridge) and was knowledgeable about product options as well. I appreciated that he took the time to evaluate what my pool needed and gave me several options (good, better and best) for my filter needs, primary and booster pumps, chlorinator and Polaris. He did not pressure me to buy the most expensive items, and even recommended for one item that I purchase the base model at a lower price in order to avoid higher maintenance costs in the future. It was a significant investment, but one that has paid off. Our pool has been revitalized, in a sense, and has required a lot less "hands on" maintenance than it ever did. I am glad that I chose John and 365 Pool and Spa for my pool needs and look forward to continuing to be a satisfied customer. Thanks, John!
